If you receive an offer of accommodation at Kelvin Grove Student Village, a deposit is payable upon returning your signed residential agreement to Kelvin Grove Student Village. The deposit is given as an assurance of the fulfillment of your obligations under your residential agreement and covers the first two weeks rent.
On arrival at the village, you will be required to pay your bond (equivalent of four weeks rent) which will be submitted to the Residential Tenancy Authority within 10 days. The bond is refundable at the end of your agreement providing you have paid all other amounts as set out in your residential agreement.
Payment of this bond can be made using one of the following methods:
a) Cheque made payable to “Campus Living Villages [Kelvin Grove]” drawn upon an Australian bank (if overseas this must be a bank draft/international money order).
b) Payment via credit card
c) Cash payment
