The weekly residential fees quoted below are inclusive of all utilities (water, electricity and gas). Our ‘no surprises’ approach means that we’re upfront about your fees, so there are no unexpected bills during the year.
Accommodation is payable by direct debit either fortnightly, half yearly or annually from a nominated account (a 0.84% surcharge applies for all credit card payments).
Residential agreements are effective for 52 week periods.
