At Kelvin Grove Student Village, we actively seek to gain honest and candid feedback on the experience that we offer. It is vital in helping us continually improve upon the experience we provide for our residents.
All residents will shortly receive an invitation to complete a survey aimed at gathering feedback on their ‘year in review’.
We have engaged the assistance of leading independent research company, Australian Survey Research (“ASR”), who will conduct the survey on our behalf. ASR will ensure that all feedback is kept anonymous, and will not release resident names or individual answers to us. They only provide us with summary results for each Village.
We have provided ASR with residents' email addresses so that they can send out invitations to participate in the survey. As part of their contract with us, ASR will use email addresses solely for the purpose of this survey. Residents should look out for a personal email invitation to the survey from ASR in the next few days. The email sender will be “from_clv@aussurveys.com”.
The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete online.
