We have staff available during the day and a night duty manager, University security and Resident Assistants (RAs) on-call after hours.
Staff members are trained in first aid, crisis management and dealing with personal issues. Our well-developed systems ensure that any issues are managed promptly, and we work closely with University support staff to ensure residents receive all the assistance they require.
