At Kelvin Grove Student Village, we are dedicated to minimising our environmental footprint, which in turn, reduces costs for residents.
Sustainability features include:
- Grey water recycling in laundries
- Natural lighting and low energy fixtures
- Cross ventilation and superior thermal performance to remove need for air conditioning
Throughout the year, we will also be running recycling programs and workshops on reducing our environmental impact. Every little bit helps!
